About this collection
Sources, not shortcuts.
An original and its extracted text are not the same thing. This library keeps both visible.
What the counts mean
111 unique country pairs; 126 distinct source editions; 108 editions with article readers and 18 source-only. Partial reader editions are labelled explicitly. 163 edition-language combinations across 10 available text languages. A second language is not a second treaty. A protocol or a different source publication is a separate edition.
Matching original PDF bytes for the same pair are counted once. A multi-publication capture bundle does not collapse distinct editions. Geographic selector entries are not coverage claims.
Before relying on a text
Human wording, source-authority, completeness and currentness review remain pending. Amendments, protocols, replacements, MLI effects and individual application dates require separate legal research. Historical dates do not prove present force. This is not legal advice.
Transcriptions preserve inherited source wording, including potential extraction errors. PDF page links and native block identifiers are navigation aids, not legal-paragraph verification. No generated translation or inferred consolidation has been added.
Operator notice
The site operator is RA Dr. Adam S. Dampc, Kolpingstr. 18, 68165 Mannheim, Germany. Operator information and professional contact details. Identifying the operator does not approve indexing or certify the legal text as reviewed or current law.
Privacy and publication
This is a publicly reachable noindex research preview, not a private service. Do not submit confidential information. Noindex is not access control. There is no public sitemap, public canonical URL or claim of reviewed current law.
Retained readers
The new directory unifies existing article readers with six retained private source documents. Earlier public article URLs, source assets and the legacy comparison reader remain available. Specialized source publications retain their own annotated presentation.
