Geschehen zu Den Haag am 26. Februar 2010 im Doppel in französischer, niederländischer und englischer Sprache, wobei jeder Wortlaut gleicherweise verbindlich ist. Bei unterschiedlicher Auslegung soll der englische Wortlaut massgebend sein.
