(3) Seeschiffe und Luftfahrzeuge, die von einem Unter-

ben werden, und Schiffe, die von einem Unternehmen eines
Vertragsstaats in der Binnenschifffahrt betrieben werden, sowie

(3) Capital represented by ships and aircraft operated in
international traffic by an enterprise of a Contracting State and
by boats engaged in inland waterways transport by an enter-
prise of a Contracting State, and by movable property pertain-
ing to the operation of such ships, aircraft and boats, shall be
