(1) Unbewegliches Vermögen im Sinne des Artikels 6, das
einer im Hoheitsgebiet einer Vertragspartei ansässigen Person
gehört und im Hoheitsgebiet der anderen Vertragspartei liegt,
kann im Hoheitsgebiet der anderen Vertragspartei besteuert
werden.
(2) Bewegliches Vermögen, das Betriebsvermögen einer
Betriebsstätte ist, die ein Unternehmen einer Vertragspartei im
Hoheitsgebiet der anderen Vertragspartei hat, oder das zu einer
festen Einrichtung gehört, die einer im Hoheitsgebiet einer Ver-
tragspartei ansässigen Person für die Ausübung einer selbstän-
digen Arbeit im Hoheitsgebiet der anderen Vertragspartei zur
Verfügung steht, kann im Hoheitsgebiet der anderen Vertrags-
partei besteuert werden.
(3) Seeschiffe oder Luftfahrzeuge, die im internationalen Ver-
kehr betrieben werden, und bewegliches Vermögen, das dem
Betrieb dieser Seeschiffe oder Luftfahrzeuge dient, können nur
im Hoheitsgebiet der Vertragspartei besteuert werden, in dem
sich der Ort der tatsächlichen Geschäftsleitung des Unterneh-
mens befindet.
(4) Alle anderen Vermögensteile einer im Hoheitsgebiet einer
Vertragspartei ansässigen Person können nur im Hoheitsgebiet
dieser Vertragspartei besteuert werden.
