1. Прибыль от использования морских или воздушных
судов в международных перевозках облагается налогами
только в том Договаривающемся Государстве, в котором на-
ходится место фактического управления предприятия.
2. Если место фактического управления предприятия
морской судоходной компании находится на борту морского
судна, то оно считается расположенным в том Договари-
вающемся Государстве, в котором находится порт приписки
судна, или, при отсутствии такого порта, в том Договари-
вающемся Государстве, резидентом которого является лицо,
эксплуатирующее данное судно.
3. Положения пункта 1 настоящей статьи также рас-
пространяются на прибыль от участия в пуле, в совместном
предприятии или в международном транспортном агентстве.
