Gilt nach diesem Abkommen für Einkünfte oder Gewinne in
einem Vertragsstaat eine Steuervergünstigung und ist nach dem
im anderen Vertragsstaat geltenden Recht eine Person hinsicht-
lich dieser Einkünfte oder Gewinne mit dem Betrag dieser Ein-
künfte oder Gewinne steuerpflichtig, der in den anderen Staat
überwiesen oder dort bezogen wird, nicht aber unter Zugrunde-
legung des Gesamtbetrags dieser Einkünfte oder Gewinne, so
ist die nach diesem Abkommen im erstgenannten Staat zu ge-
währende Steuervergünstigung nur auf den Teil der Einkünfte
oder Gewinne anzuwenden, der in dem anderen Staat besteuert
wird.
