1. Las disposiciones del presente Convenio no afectan los
privilegios fiscales de que disfruten los miembros de las misiones
diplomáticas, oficinas consulares y organizaciones intemaciona-
les, de acuerdo con los principios generales del Derecho Interna-
cional o en virtud de acuerdos especiales.
2. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo 4, a los efectos del
presente Convenio las personas naturales que sean miembros de
una misión diplomática o de una oficina consular de un Estado
Contratante situada en el otro Estado Contratante o en un tercer
Estado se consideran residentes del Estado acreditante, cuando.
a) de acuerdo con el Derecho Internacional no estén sometidas a
imposición en el Estado receptor respecto a rentas proceden-
tes de fuentes situadas fuera de dicho Estado y
b) estén sometidas en el Estado de origen a las mismas obliga-
clones fiscales respecto a sus rentas globales que los residen-
tos de esto Estado.
