privilegios fiscales de que disfruten los miembros de las misiones
diplomáticas, oficinas consulares y organizaciones intemaciona-

(2) Ungeachtet des Arikels 4 wird eine natürliche Person, die
Miigied einer diplomatischen Mission oder einer konsularischen

Ansássigo des Entsendestaats angesehen, wenn sie
a) nach dom Völkerrecht im Empfangssiaat mit Einkünften aus
Quellen außerhalb dieses Staates nicht besteuert wird und
b) im Entsendestaat mit Ihrem Welteinkommen denselben steu-
erlichen Verpflichtungen unterliegt wie Ansässige dieses

presente Convenio las personas naturales que sean miembros de
una misión diplomática o de una oficina consular de un Estado
Contratante situada en el otro Estado Contratante o en un tercer
Estado se consideran residentes del Estado acreditante, cuando.
a) de acuerdo con el Derecho Internacional no estén sometidas a
imposición en el Estado receptor respecto a rentas proceden-
tes de fuentes situadas fuera de dicho Estado y
