einen Vertragsstaat an der Anwendung seiner innerstaatlichen
Rechtsvorschriften zur Verhinderung der Steuerumgehung oder
Steuerhinterziehung, einschließlich der Vorschriften zur Gesell-
schafterfremdfinanzierung und zur Vorzugsbesteuerung.
Führt die vorstehende Bestimmung zu einer Doppelbesteue-
rung, konsultieren die zuständigen Behörden einander nach
Artikel 25 Absatz 3, wie die Doppelbesteuerung zu vermeiden
ist.
