Source paragraph 1 (1) Unbewegliches Vermögen, das einer in einem Vertragsstaat ansässigen Person gehört und
im anderen Vertragsstaat liegt, kann im anderen Staat besteuert werden.
Source paragraph 2 (2) Bewegliches Vermögen, das Betriebsvermögen einer Betriebstätte ist, die ein Unterneh-
men eines Vertragsstaates im anderen Vertragsstaat hat, kann im anderen Staat besteuert wer-
den.
Source paragraph 3 (3) Seeschiffe und Luftfahrzeuge, die von einem Unternehmen im internationalen Verkehr
betrieben werden, sowie bewegliches Vermögen, das dem Betrieb dieser Schiffe und Luft-
fahrzeuge dient, können nur in diesem Staat besteuert werden.
