zur Verhinderung der Steuerumgehung oder Steuerhinter-
ziehung anzuwenden. Führt die vorstehende Bestimmung zu
einer Doppelbesteuerung, konsultieren die zuständigen Behör-
den einander nach Artikel 25 Absatz 3, wie die Doppelbesteue-
rung zu vermeiden ist.
