советов директоров и аналогичные выплаты, получаемые
резидентом Договаривающегося Государства в качестве
члена наблюдательного совета или совета директоров
компании, являющейся резидентом другого Договарива-
ющегося Государства, могут облагаться налогом в этом дру-
гом Государстве.
