Dieses Abkommen ist nicht so auszulegen, als hindere es
einen Vertragsstaat, seine innerstaatlichen Rechtsvorschriften
zur Verhinderung der Steuerumgehung oder Steuerhinterzie-
hung anzuwenden. Führt diese Bestimmung zu einer Doppelbe-
steuerung, konsultieren die zuständigen Behörden einander
nach Artikel 25 Absatz 3, wie die Frage der Doppelbesteuerung
zu regeln ist.
English
This Agreement shall not be interpreted to mean that a Con-
tracting State is prevented from applying its domestic legal pro-
visions on the prevention of tax evasion or tax avoidance. If this
provision results in double taxation, the competent authorities
shall consult each other pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 25
on how to resolve the issue of double taxation.
