Eine natürliche Person, die in einem Vertragsstaat ansässig
ist, unmittelbar bevor sie in den anderen Vertragsstaat einreist,
und sich in dem anderen Vertragsstaat lediglich vorübergehend
aufhält
a) als Student einer anerkannten Universität, Hochschule,
Schule oder einer anderen vergleichbaren anerkannten Bil-
dungseinrichtung des anderen Staates,
b) als Praktikant oder Lehrling, oder
c) als Empfänger eines vorrangig Studien-, Forschung- oder
Ausbildungszwecken dienenden Zuschusses, Unterhalts-
beitrags oder Stipendiums seitens der Regierung eines der
beiden Staaten, seitens einer wissenschaftlichen, erzieheri-
schen, religiösen oder mildtätigen Organisation oder im
Rahmen eines von der Regierung eines der beiden Staaten
aufgelegten Programms der technischen Unterstützung,
ist in dem anderen Staat von der Steuer befreit im Hinblick auf
aa) alle Zahlungen aus dem Ausland, die ihrem Unterhalt, ihrer
Ausbildung, ihren Studien, ihren Forschungsarbeiten oder
ihrer Schulung dienen, und
bb) den Betrag dieses Zuschusses, Unterhaltsbeitrags oder
Stipendiums.
