(1) Gewinne eines Unternehmens eines Vertragsstaats aus
dem Betrieb von Seeschiffen oder Luftfahrzeugen im internatio-
nalen Verkehr können nur in diesem Staat besteuert werden.
(2) Gewinne eines Unternehmens eines Vertragsstaats aus
der Benutzung oder Vermietung von Containern (einschließlich
Trailerschiffen, Leichtern und ähnlichem Gerät für die Beförde-
rung von Containern) im internationalen Verkehr können nur in
diesem Staat besteuert werden.
(3) Die Absätze 1 und 2 gelten auch für Gewinne aus der Be-
teiligung an einem Pool, einer Betriebsgemeinschaft oder einer
internationalen Betriebsstelle.
