Dieses Abkommen bleibt in Kraft, solan-
ge es nicht von einem Vertragsstaat gekün-
digt wird. Jeder Vertragsstaat kann das
Abkommen auf diplomatischem Weg unter
Einhaltung einer Frist von mindestens
sechs Monaten zum Ende eines jeden auf
das Jahr des Inkrafttretens folgenden
Kalenderjahres kündigen. In diesem Fall
findet das Abkommen nicht mehr Anwen-
dung
a) bei den im Abzugsweg erhobenen
Steuern auf die Beträge, die nicht-
ansässigen Personen am oder nach
dem 1. Januar des Kalenderjahres nach
Ablauf der vorgenannten Sechsmo-
natsfrist gezahlt oder gutgeschrieben
werden,
b) bei den sonstigen Steuern auf die
Steuerjahre, die am oder nach dem
1. Januar des Kalenderjahres nach
Ablauf der vorgenannten Sechsmo-
natsfrist beginnen.
