Dieses Abkommen gilt auch für das Land Berlin, sofern nicht
die Regierung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland gegenüber der
Regierung der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika innerhalb von
drei Monaten nach Inkrafttreten des Abkommens eine gegentei-
lige Erklärung abgibt.

This Convention shall also apply to Land Berlin, provided that
the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany does not
make a contrary declaration to the Government of the United
States of America within three months of the date of entry into
force of this Convention.
